At Marchesa, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once received at our atelier, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
